Become an Intern

Snowdon offers two summer intern positions and occasional winter caretaker positions. These are typically opportunities for college students studying some aspect related to animals and wildlife, including wildlife majors, veterinarians, biologists, etc. Many colleges have allowed the experience to be included as a credited course.

Become a Volunteer

We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. If you are interested in lending a helping hand on one of our projects (like the Flight Barn) please reach out to us: snowdonwildlife@gmail.com

Please note: In order to ensure rehabilitating wildlife stay as wild as possible, human exposure is limited and visitors are not allowed in the sanctuary area. The exception is during the annual open house held each Fall.
